Flowergram is a national floral relay service that aims to be the best available. With in excess of 1000 member florist shops throughout the UK, the Flowergram service has become a favourite way of sending floral gifts - offering a local, national and international service.

Our brief was to design a user-friendly and easy-to navigate e-commerce facility for the online sale and delivery of floral products.
Nutcracker responded proactively to Flowergram's brief with the suggestion of selling related products ie. cut glass, teddy bears and chocolates to extend it's product base into the gift market.

Working with Flowergram and it's IT company of choice, Nutcracker designed a site that is easy to use and has fast order processing times, courtesy of excellent IT back-up.

The site has won national acclaim, being named 'Website of the Week' and featured in the Top Ten E-commerce Websites in the Daily Telegraph newspaper. The site was also highly commended in the Sunday People newspaper.

In a review of floral websites, flowergram.co.uk was voted by Carlton Television's 'This Morning' program as the best online floral website in the UK, with focus on ease of use.

The site won Regional Winner in the Business Link E-commerce Awards and was nominated in the National Awards. It's success is due to strong working relationships - producing a solution that is practical, affordable and delivered within a proactive marketing strategy.

Further development has seen Flowergram expand it's product base to offer a broader choice of online gifts. The site continues to attract a greater volume of traffic due to the implementation of successful online marketing initiatives. Recent developments ensure that large areas of the site are self-managed, providing the facility to easliy change the theme and content on a seasonal basis.
