Case Study Dudley Borough Challenge

Dudley Borough Challenge

Overview
In 2005 Dudley MBC was committed to a detailed survey within the Dudley borough, the survey is part of a national imitative to glean information from residents within the borough's boundaries. The initiative was design to provide strategic planners and senior management with important information on the priority of public services from the perspective of the boroughs residents. The information was then used to develop long term strategies for Health/Education/Crime Prevention and Infrastructure. This information will assist strategic planners for the next fifteen years thus the campaign was called 2020 vision.
Marketing Project >

marketing of the project including all marketing concepts, the production of the campaigns overall image, the corporate identity for the organisation managing the project (Dudley Borough Challenge) and all online and conventional marketing material.

The direct marketing material targeted at residents within the borough was via a Micro-web site/ E-shot campaign and a leaflet drop. The title of this part of the project was 'What’s In It For Me?'  This provocative title plus some real value incentives ensured a massive public response. The campaign was a great success, Dudley MBC had to employ extra staff to process the public’s response.

After obtaining this information Nutcracker produced a range on public sector liaison brochures to provide a detailed summary of the survey's results.
